January 19th Scoop6 pays out on Place Fund but Win Fund stays untouched
January 21st, 2013 / leeThere was no winner on the Scoop6 horse racing for Saturday, January 19th with a Win Fund standing at just over £26,000. Things got off to a solid enough start with favourites winning in two of the first three races on Saturday. The day opened with the 2:10 at Naas with a win by Tofina Bay over Aupcharlie leaving around four and a half thousand tickets in the running for the rest of the day’s action. It was the delivering of the goods by favourites Last Fighter at the 3:05 at Meydan and Tennis Cap in the third of the Scoop6 races at Naas that actually trimmed a lot of tickets from the running, with the favourites not getting heavily backed for either race. After Tennis Cap took the line in race three, just 316 tickets were left.
That number was trimmed right down to just ten in the fourth race, the 3:40 at Meydan with Innocuous taking the win. All remaining ten tickets in the Win Fund were wiped out when Reality Dose took the 3:50 at Naas. That left only interest in the Place Fund for the sixth and final race of the day, won by Take Ten in the 4:15 at Meydan. There were thirty Place Fund ticket winners, each taking a very nice winning return of just under £500 each for the day’s horse racing work. The next Scoop6 running will be on Saturday, January 26th, with details of the six races being released the day before.
There was no winner of the Scoop6 Bonus Fund Total, which will carry forward some funds, like the Win Fund to next weekend.
